Relax, man. There's likely hurricanes during Earth's ice-ages too. The planet Jupiter is cold as can be (average temperature of minus 234 degrees Fahrenheit), and it has a perpetual hurricane we call "the red spot".

I'm interested in seeing what a ground-based anemometer reads for this storm. Reconnaissance aircraft have not reported a ground level wind measurement sustaining (>=10s) above 140 mph.
